San Diego PC has partnered with WebEx communications to offer an exciting way for you to save money on service calls. There are many ways that Remote Access can be of benefit to you and save you some hard earned cash.

Once again, San Diego PC is breaking new grounds by offering you a way to get your computer repaired in a new way. Why go through the hassle of scheduling an appointment for me to come to your home or office when it isn't necessary? If your problems are software related, they can usually be repaired with Remote Access.
If you wish to have me log in once a week to perform Virus and Spyware scans, this service is available with a monthly Service Contract. I can only do so, after both San Diego PC and yourself have signed the agreement authorizing me to log in to your computer remotely. San Diego PC will NEVER access any equipment without proper written documentation, one copy of which will go to each party involved.
Money Saving:
There are a few ways in which San Diego PC saves you money with this service. First and foremost, if the Remote Access software is already loaded into your computer when it has a problem, I can log in without coming out for an emergency call. I can repair the problem from my end, remotely, for much less than the cost of a service call. You save $50 and your computer is fixed almost immediately!
Next, when you authorize San Diego PC to perform regular maintenance via the Service Agreement you lose much less productivity due to down time. Instead of having to remember to perform regular scans on your computer for Virus and/or Spyware problems, it will be done for you automatically. That means your computer will provide much more productive time for you between repairs. It also means that you will not be unintentionally sending virus problems off to others in your email list.

We all know that fuel is an expensive commodity these days. It is not going to become any less expensive in our life times. That is one of the reasons that Remote Access saves you money.
